Payment:
After an initial meeting with Speakers Bureau President Robb Holman, a fee for the engagement will be determined. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be received to secure a date and speaker (s), while the remaining balance is due the day of the engagement. You will receive a confirmation letter that reflects the aforementioned.
Program Schedule Process:
STEP 1: Meeting to determine needs and customize program
**NOTE** Please know that your institution has the ability to choose a PTR® Keynote Speaker or design an initiative program (with built in follow-up and accountability) to help meet the needs of your student body.
STEP 2: Quote sent along with client questionnaire
STEP 3: 50% deposit to secure speaker and date requested (we require a purchase order number at this time, if applicable)
STEP 4: Confirmation letter and event planning guide sent to the contact person
STEP 5: The remaining balance is due the day of the program
STEP 6: Follow up meeting and individual follow-up sessions as they apply to the specific needs of the group
