Christine Karpinski
Topic: Living a Good Quality of Life
Christine Karpinski is a registered dietitian and exercise physiologist with over twelve years working in the health care field. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, as well as the Sports, Cardiovascular & Wellness and Nutrition Entrepreneurs dietetic practice groups. She is an adjunct professor at West Chester University. She has earned her bachelors degree in exercise physiology, her masters degree in nutrition education and is currently doing her PhD work. Through her consulting business, Chris works mostly with active people. She has worked with athletes of all types elite individual athletes, teams, bodybuilders and "weekend warriors". She also specializes in weight management, vegetarian nutrition, and women's health. Chris has extensive experience in public speaking, program development, and corporate wellness. Her personal approach considers each clients unique set of circumstances and her focus remains on educating her clients giving them the tools to make nutrition and exercise a part of their lives. Chris has a passion for helping people and commits 100% of her efforts to each and every client.
